Park Slope, prepare your bibs: some heavy new BBQ hitters are heading your way soon. Ben Popken reports that Dinosaur BBQ, the Syracuse-based chain with a popular location in Harlem, is moving into a defunct warehouse on a desolate stretch on Union Street.
It's still early and an opening date isn't clear, but Eater notes that the chain has been looking to expand to Brooklyn and Queens for years now, so don't be surprised if this is the first of a few new Dinosaurs. If you're hankering for some ribs in the neighborhood sooner rather than later, check out the about-to-open Reno Provisions, a new project from the owners of Palo Santo that's serving up whole hogs, brisket and ribs by the pound. BYO Wet Naps, you guys. [via Eater]
