Refined palates will deign to sample only the finest dijon mustards, but what does a person do when all the available servants are already occupied transporting the dry cleaning or walking the six Pomeranians? It's OK—Maille, purveyors of some of the snootiest collection of mustards on Earth, are packing their wares into a truck and driving that truck to three locations around Manhattan this weekend, bringing assorted dollops of condiments to the unwashed masses.

Perhaps you expect Maille, on its self-proclaimed "quest for perfection," to deliver its mustards on some truly exotic and spectacular hot dogs or toast squares—but no, a representative with the company assured us there would only be pretzels. She didn't specify what kind. Otherwise, visitors will be left to suck their premium mustard selection straight from the plate, just like King Louis XV did when the truck first rolled up his driveway in 1747.

The mustards will be available in five varieties (Old Style, Horseradish, Honey Dijon, Dijon Originale, Rich Country Dijon.) Here's where you can get them:

• Friday July 11, Flatiron, 5th Ave between 22nd and 23rd Street from 12 to 6 p.m.
• Saturday July 12, Fairway, 2328 12th Ave and 130th Street from 12 to 6 p.m.
• Sunday July 13, FIAF’s Bastille Day on 60th St, Madison Ave and 60th Street from 12 to 5 p.m.
