Hurricane Sandy keeps claiming victims. In addition to the sad news that DUMBO restaurant Governor will not be reopening after the storm, today we learn that Coney Island's longtime boardwalk watering hole Cha Cha's will not be coming back. Pour one out for Cha Cha's!

What really makes this sad was the joint had a "game plan" to reopen as recently as January. Sigh. Still, it isn't all sad news on the Boardwalk: this week demolition started on the interior of the beloved Nathan's Famous, which plans to reopen in the spring.
