The Cinnamon Snail Truck (mostly) left this Earth at the end of February thanks to a permit expiration, sporadically reappearing to dole out delectable vegan sweets and sandwiches at events like the Vegan Shop Up and the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival. And on Tuesday, the beloved Snail will set up sits mobile shop for one more night in...DUMBO. Don't tell John Del Signore.

Snail chef Adam Sobel will debut his new cookbook, Street Vegan: Recipes and Dispatches from The Cinnamon Snail Food Truck, at the powerHouse Arena on Main Street on Tuesday, with a signing and event in the evening. And to complement some of the tasty recipes hidden between the book's pages—Jalapeño Corn Chowder, Sage Tempeh Sausage Sliders, and Lavender Pear Fritters, to name a few—the truck'll park outside to serve food.

The book launch runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., but you can catch the truck from 6 p.m. until the end of the event. Come hungry and wear your stretchiest stretchy pants.
