Christina Tosi's sugar empire has settled on 8th Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets—the same block as David Chang's Momofuku Nishi—for its newest shop, which they designed with the LOT-EK studio. The brand's signature pink scroll adorns the indoor counter walls, with another counter with a window for street service.

The confetti cookies have been baked up for opening celebrations and Tosi told Eater this location will offer $1 cups of her cereal milk soft serve for opening day. The James Beard Award-winning chef said she was "taking a nod from the McDonald's playbook." Except with way better food.
