Chefs Club in Nolita has become the go-to spot for out-of-town chefs to bring their craze-worthy signature items to NYC. Recently, the space played host to Philly's Federal Donuts and now, it'll host Chicago's Au Cheval, which cooks up one of the Windy City's best burgers—depending on who you ask, of course.
The four-year-old restaurant will be teaming up with buzzy Emily (you know, they of the pizza fame), GrubStreet tells us, for a
one-night-only two-nights-only affair on October 9th and 10th beginning at 5:30 p.m. People wait upwards of three hours to eat the celebrated but simple burger of griddle patties, American cheese, Dijonaise and pickles. Catch up on the Emily burger here.
