Sure, all the real restaurants in New York might be swallowed up by food trucks in the next few years, but there's no reason not to celebrate those wheeled meals while their Twitter accounts are still fresh! The fifth annual Parked! Food Truck Festival is being held at the South Street Seaport today, and 30 of the finest names in vehicular dining will be there doling out gastronomic goodies.

Snag a chicken souvlaki from Souvlaki GR, a fancy Maine-style lobster roll from Urban Lobster Shack, a braised pork belly bao from Fun Buns and a currants and cream cone from Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream; then, wash the whole thing down with a craft brew or glass of bubbly at the festival's new beer and champagne gardens. The festival also features musical performances from John Hammond, the Juggs, the Loom, and Johnnie Lee Jordan and the Boys, and magicians, face-painters and other kid-friendly entertainers will be roaming around to keep young'uns at bay while you down that third Phil's cheesesteak.

The festival runs from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. today. VIP passes have already sold out, but you can still wait on line with the rest of the plebes for your mobile morsels. Bon appetit!
