The hip drip coffee fanatics at Blue Bottle have just opened their seventh NYC location in a cozy space on the south end of Bryant Park. Housed in a historic former church, it's a tidy, tiny six-seater that's shared with co-working space, WeWork.

Complete with a dedicated drip bar, a pretty glass pastry case—filled with treats like saffron snicker doodles and maple pecan dandies—and a barista's wet dream machine, the space serves up both aesthetically-pleasing and delicious cups of single-origin. There's even a mini-keg for their New Orleans-style iced coffee, so try not to get too buzzed.
