Continuing their role as Stoner's Best Friend, Ben & Jerry's has announced their latest ice cream innovation, which involves a frozen core of spoonable cookies. The company has implemented the "Core" setup before with caramel and other sweet fillings, and now they're expanding to cookie butters in chocolate, peanut butter and speculoos flavors. For the uninitiated, speculoos are cinnamon spice cookies.

Considering the popularity of cookie dough bits, these new flavors should be well-received. The three newbies include Boom Chocolatta! with mocha and caramel ice creams, chocolate cookies, fudge flakes and a chocolate cookie core; Peanut Buttah with peanut butter ice cream, crunchy peanut butter sugar bits, peanut butter cookies and a peanut butter cookie core; and Spectacular Speculoos with dark caramel and vanilla ice creams with speculoos cookies and a speculoos cookie butter core.
