Established sit-down restaurants opening takeout windows are so hot right now. The latest to jump on not one but two trends is Seamore's, which just opened a new to-go window serving...poke!

The Meatball Shop founder's seafood spinoff will be handing over bowls of tune poke ($16) with peanuts, ponzu and avocado on brown rice, a dish that Quick Bites columnist Scott Lynch found satisfying while other poke was falling short.

The only other thing they'll be serving (for now) are cones of vegan Coconut Lemongrass soft serve ice cream topped with shredded coconut, an offering from OddFellows Ice Cream Co.

The window will be open daily between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
