It's gonna be a party at the East Village location of Dumpling Go on Saturday, where they're throwing a Weekend Dumpling Feast to showcase all of their different flavors and styles of dumplings. Mix and match and order from their selection of dumpling options including classic Pork Chive, Kimchi Pork, Mixed Vegetable and their signature creations including Black Pepper Fish and Five-Spice Eggplant. The restaurant says that every order of dumplings will be $2.50 or less for maximum dumpling exposure.

It's rare to get a weekend happy hour but that's just what Danny Meyer's Blue Smoke is launching this weekend—with a twist. Instead of cheap beers and well drinks, the restaurant will be doing a Beignet & Coffee Happy Hour on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to noon at their Flatiron and Battery Park City locations. The fluffy doughnut-type treats come bathed in the requisite heap of powdered sugar with a cup of Caffe Vita coffee (espresso or cappuccino) for $6.

Tuna Crispy Rice Benedict

Cute Williamsburg eatery Cherry Izakaya puts a Japanese spin on brunch when they debut their new menu this weekend. Think Chicken Karaage and Waffles with maple butter and spicy honey, a Breakfast Ramen with poached eggs and Pork Belly Benedict with yuzu hollandaise and bonito flakes. At a press preview last weekend, we really enjoyed the Lox Crispy Rice, which now comes with wasabi creme fraiche, and their Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice Benedict combines the best of their dinner menu with eggs for a delicious midday treat.

If you need to get AMPED UP this Sunday, head over to the Yardcore: Brooklyn Bashment, an outdoor dancehall party sponsored by Red Bull. Beginning at 1 p.m. and going until 5 p.m., there'll be live performances of Jamaican-inspired music, art installations and, most importantly, some delicious Caribbean grub from Miss Lily's. In the tent, chef Adam Schop will be dishing up jerk chicken and jerk chicken sandwiches, jerk corn and a sweet banana pudding. Entry into the event is free, but bring your wallets to enjoy all the food.
