The inexpensive, 30-minute sushi concept continues to expand with a new location of Sushi On Jones now open in the West Village. The quick sushi restaurant will be more than double the size of the original—which is just a handful of seats in an outdoor market—with 10 seats around the open sushi bar.

Two sushi chefs will turn out the menu of 12 sushi pieces, which might include shrimp, scallop, arctic char or hamachi. There will also be "add on" specials available to order, like the "Three Stooges," an oyster, ikura and uni combo; the "Big Mac," with seared wagyu beef with toro and uni; and a toro and caviar combo.

The 12 courses are available at lunch and dinner (noon til 11 p.m.) for $58, gratuity included.
