Now that zombies have infiltrated the streets of Brooklyn (and influenced the borough's reading habits), they're getting a little more highbrow. Starting today, MF Gallery is showcasing "Zombies Attack Brooklyn," all new Zombie art from artists like Dave Brockie, Johnny Crap, and Dennis Dread.

They're hosting an opening party tonight, complete with some zombie metal from DETHRACE, and free booze to anyone in full zombie makeup. Professional zombifiers Zombie FX will also be on the scene for anyone who didn't have the right tools at home. So, will this be the pinnacle of Brooklyn zombie culture, or is everyone moving on to mummies or something?
