Zombiecon, the sixth annual all-day "landmark-hopping booze-fueled crawl" will unleash its brain-fueled fury on Manhattan tomorrow, beginning in Midtown. The theme this year is "brainless politics and zombie protest," which should generate some snarky punnery about things like the "Death Tax."

In fact, the Zombies' website encourages all participating zombies to bring protest signs for "something big we have planned," suggesting slogans like “You think these burns look bad? You should see my Koran” and "Just because I look like an Abortion doesn’t mean I support them."

Zombiecon begins at 1 p.m.with a bloody mary brunch, and continues throughout the day in a "ghoulish spree of shopping, bar-hopping and horrifying Manhattan street theatrics." The crawl ends with "Zombie Bawl," the after party at Le Poisson Rouge with "mindtripping horror videos" and "bloody burlesque."
