A new Worst Case Scenario Handbook has come out: the Work edition. One of the authors, Joshua Piven, tells the Post: "When looking for new topics, we look for times that are high-stress and ripe for misunderstanding and miscommunication. Work was the natural extension for a worst-case book and ripe for the treatment." Here's one of the suggestions:

Establish your presence with a short speech or presentation so people will remember that you were there, then make a show of going in and out of the meeting twice, saying "Boy, this coffee really goes right through me!" and ensure that people notice when you return. The third time you leave, don't return.
