Baz Luhrmann's 3-D adaptation of The Great Gatsby—set to hit the big screen on May 10th, 2013—is getting an over-the-top soundtrack, according to the loose-lipped Adelaide Clemens, who plays Catherine in the movie.

During a recent interview Clemens claimed, "They have some new music that's going to be added to the film. Some pretty huge artists have approached Baz and are writing songs for the film, and I don't think Warner Bros. are going to turn down Prince and Lady Gaga knocking down your door... I don't know if I'm allowed to say that."

The first trailer featured Kanye West and Jay-Z’s “No Church in the Wild,” and Jack White's "Love is Blindness," so the artists will definitely be modern, as is the style of Luhrmann. In his 1996 adaptation of Romeo + Juliet, the soundtrack included everyone from Garbage to Radiohead to Butthole Surfers.
