Still mourning the loss of Videology's weekly Game of Thrones viewing parties? Need to drink to numb the pain of you-know-who maybe dying? Don't fret, there are still plenty of places where you can watch the season 6 premiere without shelling out for premium cable:
HALYARDS will be screening the premiere at 9 p.m., but show up an hour early for GoT-themed cocktails and show trivia. 406 3rd Ave, Gowanus, Brooklyn.
OUR WICKED LADYpromises a “nerdy night of murder, sex, & mayhem,” beginning with a recap at 7:30 p.m., in case you forgot all the horrifying events of last season. They’re offering $7 wine all night and will be giving a prize for the best costume. 153 Morgan Ave., at Meserole St., Bushwick, Brooklyn.
THE SAINT CATHERINE will be airing the show at 9:30 p.m., but we’d suggest showing up early for dinner and specialty cocktails, including the Uptown Sinclair, The Off Switch, and more. 660 Washington Ave, at Bergen St., Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

HBO
REBELUTION INK will be hosting an GoT-themed art show and watch party. Beginning at 7 p.m., they’ll be screening the last two episodes of season 5 in both their courtyard and back room. The event is BYOB, but promises “pigeon pie”, ale, live screen printing, and (possibly) some live painting. They’ll also be raffling off various house banners and Funko POP figurines at the end of the night. 560 Grand St., between Union Ave and Lorimer, Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
BOWERY BAY’s will be screening the premiere on an 84" screen. Dinner offerings include lobster mac & cheese or lamb tacos, which you can enjoy while inevitably watching one of your favorite characters die. Plus they’re offering a free shot of whiskey for every sex and/or death scene. 19-33 Dithers Blvd, Astoria, Queens.
PROFESSOR THOM’S is starting the party early. A $45 cover includes an open bar from 5 - 8 p.m., one raffle ticket, and guaranteed entry to the 9 p.m. premiere screening. 219 2nd Ave., between 13th and 14th, East Village
EASTERN BLOC is kicking off its weekly GoT viewing party series with happy hour until 10 p.m., guaranteeing you’ll end up as drunk as Rob Baratheon (RIP). 505 E. 6th St. at Avenue A, East Village
