Ever since they won the Grammy for Album of The Year and everyone figured out who they are, Arcade Fire have been a bit quiet, touring here and there while working on new songs. They've been playing one such tune, "Crucified Again," on and off the last couple months—and we finally got our first good listen to it, thanks to a video of their performance of it this past Thursday at an event to celebrate Partners In Health's 25th birthday at Guastavino's in midtown. And would you believe it: it's got lots of organ, it's about television and religion, and it's VERY sincere. Watch it below.

The biggest, most exciting rumor about their new album (which is reportedly due out next year): James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem may be producing it! Despite the seeming musical differences, it kind of makes sense: a few years ago, Murphy mentioned that he missed out on producing them twice before because of LCD Soundsystem responsibilities.
