Vinny Guadagnino seems to be struggling to find himself in a post-Jersey Shore world: first he tried out his political side, speaking out in support of Occupy Wall Street, then he gave an impromptu anti-bullying guest lecture at Columbia University. But now, Vinny's making headlines for a significantly more pathetic stunt: rapping about raping b*tches.

Vinny posted a new song about going to a strip club, "Rack City Mix," on his YouTube today (it's since been removed, though Perez Hilton has the audio right this way), with the artful lyrics: "Yeah I'm takin' it ... I'm a get you naked b*tch/ We can f**k and make it fit/ boomin s**t and slatin' it/ Actin' like I'm raping it/ f** k her til she fakin' it." Sure, Vinny says it's all in good fun ("I felt like being a naughty boy and rapping like a G. Ladies I still love you," he posted with the video), but the little ditty isn't going over so well with... anyone, really.

A represntative for the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) told TMZ, "The lyrics in Vinny Guadagnino’s new rap song that glorify rape are ignorant. Trivializing this violent crime sends a dangerous message to the public. Use of the term 'actin' like' doesn't mitigate the harm this crime has on survivors of sexual violence." Even the blog Zap2it called the song "practically painful to listen to" and call Vinny "a disappointment." Vinny, for his part, seems unapologetic, tweeting, "Whoa! Some people really know how to take things out of context ! #LearnToListenToMusic ...It was fun though!" Oh, Vinny. We had such high hopes for you. Guess we have to go back to listening to The Situation's rap instead.
