With mass transit shut down and warnings not to go outside during Hurricane Sandy, late night talk shows were faced with a decision: Do a show or cancel. Jimmy Kimmel, visiting from Los Angeles for a week in Brooklyn, decided to cancel, but Jimmy Fallon and David Letterman did shows without studio audiences.
