At this weekend's World Maker Faire at the New York Hall of Science in Queens inventors and science fans got to enjoy everything from an iPad hooked up to a typewriter to the "Most Useless Machine." But one of the most fun exhibitions had to be the Life-Sized Mouse Trap, a version of the board game that drops a weight on a car instead of a plastic cage over a poor ol' mouse. Look at it go!

Laughing Squid has a few more great videos, including demonstrations of the Egg-Bot, the Wheel Bike and the ArcAttack!—a collection musical Tesla coils that was just on America's Got Talent! Welcome to the mainstream, steampunks.
