Sartorial genius Kanye West has teamed up with fellow fashion icons Rihanna and Paul McCartney to create the world's greatest denim advertisement. In addition to jumpstarting the '90s GAP commercial revival, the video is also soundtracked by the trio's very upbeat new single, "FourFiveSeconds." Watch below while you frantically call Levi's Twill Trucker hotline.

It should come as no surprise that it was West's idea for everyone to don denim: "Kanye came up with the idea of just doing some real street, denim, all-American-type look," Rihanna said in a behind-the-scenes video you can watch below. "Denim never goes out of style. It's classic, it's iconic, just like the fucking Beatles."

The video was directed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin; the song also features Ty Dolla $ign and Dirty Projectors frontman Dave Longstreth; the clothing is straight up "fucking major." The Simon Cowell of the streets knows what he's doing.

The song, a showcase for West's new minimalist production style (see: "Only One"), is the first single from Rihanna's forthcoming album...and also possibly from Kanye's new album. We aren't quite sure because he isn't quite sure either: "We're still trying to find it. Trying to find the vibe," Kanye told fellow denim addict Ellen DeGeneres about work on the album. "This transition from what I felt when I did Yeezus to what I feel now, and we're just creating, so we haven't found it yet."

The trio will premiere the track live at the Grammys this weekend; West will also perform something alone in what is being billed as a "never-before-seen solo performance." Because Kanye West's life is dope and he does dope shit.
