Very classy hatemonger Donald Trump—a slightly more successful Harry Ellis ("Hey babe, I negotiate million dollar deals for breakfast. I think I can handle this Eurotrash")—commands a considerable amount of media attention with every ugly, racist, dunderheaded comment he makes. But instead of feeling angry, righteous, exasperated, or hopeless about the future, instead of writing hot takes and analyzing trends and giving his desperate trolling even a moment of serious consideration, there is only one truly productive and cathartic thing we should all collectively do every day until he (inevitably) drops out of the race: make fun of this fuckface.
Because as a wise muppet once said (basically), fear of demagogues is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. But mockery leads to hilarious mashup videos we can share on the Internet!
And if we can use his own words against him, all the better. That's just what Auralnauts did with the video below, which pairs "100% all natural Trump sound bites" with footage of Darth Vader from the original Star Wars trilogy. You'll never look at Trump cufflinks or Trump steaks the same way again.
I think we can all agree this is a much better edit of the trilogy than what George Lucas did a decade ago.
