It hasn't been easy for DOT crews in the months since Hurricane Sandy decimated parts of the five boroughs—and the news today that the House won't vote on a Sandy relief bill is more evidence of how tough it will continue to be for everyone affected by the superstorm in the coming months as well. But pothole repair crews have been hard at work, filling in hundreds of thousands of potholes and removing thousands of tons of debris (with or without Python 5000s).
