Tonight the Museum of Modern Art will host the NYC premiere of David Cronenberg's Cosmopolis, a fact that is mostly only being reported on Rob Pattinson fan sites. The Twilight actor stars in the film, and will be on hand tonight... which means his fans have been camped out for days.

Yesterday a MoMA employee told us, "When I arrived to work Sunday morning, around 10 a.m., there was a long line/cluster of girls camped out with lawn chairs, blankets, food... There were also giant photos of Robert Pattinson all over them. [They] are apparently waiting for a premiere Monday night at the museum... That's a good 40 hours of waiting."

We headed over there today to talk to these Twihards—some of them have read Don DeLillo's book "Cosmopolis," and heard of David Cronenberg! Click through for what they had to say... about the R-Patz/K-Stew split.

The line is only about 50 of 60 people long, as of this afternoon... though more people seemed to be filing in.
