Tonight on No Reservations--in another repeat--(10pm on the Travel Channel), Bourdain goes to Brazil.

Martha Stewart has Chef Tom Colicchio on Tuesday making Cornish game hens. The show airs Tuesday through Friday this week at 1pm (NBC).

Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares is on Wednesday at 9pm (Fox). This week, Ramsay makes over Seascape in Islip, NY. The LA Times calls the show “noisy and dissident.”

All the TV action this week is on Sunday. First up is the premiere of The Gourmet Next Door , featuring America’s next Food Network Star Winner Amy Finley (1pm, The Food Network). In her first episode, she makes French bistro favorites.

Also premiering is After Hours with Daniel (Boulud) at 10pm on MOJO. His first episode features a visit to Nancy Silverton/Mario Batali’s Pizzeria Mozza in LA.

You can also catch episode 2 of The Next Iron Chef (9pm on the Food Network).

And PBS returns to their Sunday late afternoon food lineup, from 4-6:30pm (Ch. 13). First up is Chef’s Story, featuring Chefs Dean Fearing and Robert Del Grande, then Complete Pépin, with an episode on working with fish. The Best Recipes in the World with Mark Bittman follows with an episode on fish with British Chef John Burton Race, then Lidia Bastianich on bread on Lidia’s Italy, and an episode about tapas on Daisy Cooks! And, for a bit of a Top Chef wrap-up: we all know that Hung took the grand prize. Before he did so, he spoke to the Village Voice’s Eat for Victory and said, “Even if I don’t win, the people who know anything about food know I freaking killed it.” Ah, Hung. Gotta love the attitude. They also spoke to Dale, who said his work on the show is “by far the best thing I’ve ever done.” And they spoke to Rocco afterwards, who said that Dale's lobster, Tasted like Indian sewer water."
