Fox has Episode 8 of Hell's Kitchen on Monday at 9pm. Brad surprisingly got the boot last week; now five contestants remain. Read the latest episode roundup on EW’s TV Watch.

This week on Top Chef: Rocco DiSpirito is appearing as a judge! And—allegedly—looking a little more plastic than he used to. Also, check out the proposed rules for next season in the Village Voice: we’re right with them. And if you missed last week’s episode; the EW wrapup is here.

In Food Network news, Michael Ruhlman is going to be a judge for The Next Iron Chef America. He’s particularly excited about the caliber of the contestants (they’re real chefs!) The show is currently in production and will premiere in October. Read about it on Ruhlman’s blog. Also, Ace of Cakes returns for the summer season with baker Duff Goldman; it will air on Thursdays at 10pm. Dinner: Impossible with Chef Robert Irvine is also back; it airs on Sundays at 10pm.

Martha Stewart has all new episodes again this week (10am Monday-Friday, NBC). On Thursday, she’s in Russia, visiting greenmarkets and restaurants.

And PBS again has five consecutive food shows running next Sunday, from 4-6:30pm. First up is Chef’s Story, featuring Michel Richard (of Citronelle in DC) then Food Trip with Todd English at 4:30pm. America’s Test Kitchen follows with a Beef and Beer Stew episode, followed by Lidia Bastianich on Lidia’s Italy, then by Mike Colameco’s Food Show.
