I'm not much for the Channel 11 local news, but it's usually on as I work each night. The only time I look up is when Toni Time comes on. It's the ultimate low-budget local entertainment feature. Even though her voice first struck me as seizure inducing, Toni's good looks and wacky charm have won me over. And according to her biography, Toni took quite a ride before landing at WPIX. Fashion model? Working the door at Tunnel? Toni has done it all.
