The Subway Swing returned over the weekend, which brought a nostalgia train to the subway tunnels to deliver guests to the past for a few hours. Those who attended dressed in of-the-era clothing and hopped on the old subway train, which brought them over to the 1936 decommissioned subway station that now houses the Transit Museum.

There were jazz bands to keep everyone in the spirit during the nearly hour long ride from 2nd Avenue, and the swing dancing continued once it reached its final destination. Click through for a look—the attendees went all out in their costumes, so if you want to attend next year you should hit up Etsy or a local thrift shop now and start building the perfect Swing Era ensemble.
