New York City's Global Welcome Ambassador and heartbroken soul whisperer Taylor Swift performed the first of her two sold out shows at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey last night, dazzling legions of lucky fans with renditions of "Blank Space" and "Bad Blood" (inexplicably not played - "Our Song"). And if getting to see the future governor IRL isn't exciting enough for T Swift's fans, she invited the World Cup-winning U.S. National Women's Soccer Team on stage during "Style." They even let her hold the trophy, as if she hasn't won enough awards.

Is getting onstage with Taylor to sing a subtweet about Harry Styles more exciting than a ticker-tape parade? Hard to know.

Carli Lloyd & Co. weren't the only stars to join Taylor onstage last night. T Swift also gathered some of the cast of her celeb-studded "Bad Blood" video, inviting up an all-black clad crew comprised of Hailee Steinfeld, Gigi Hadid, Lily Aldridge, and Lena Dunham:

Photographic evidence suggests that the show catered to an intimate crowd:
