Apparently tomorrow night's episode of Sex and the City will feature the girls getting a little of the wacky tabacky from a bartender at Village bar Down the Hatch. The Daily News reports that the owners are upset with this depiction and filed a lawsuit to stop the episode. Even though HBO would probably have beaten the suit, SATC producers cut the Down the Hatch references from the episode.
Oh, come on - let's face it, it's not like the bartender is peddling heroin (mmm, junk) or running an immigrant smuggling operation. Gothamist feels that people would only be intrigued and want to visit Down the Hatch. Now Down the Hatch seems really boring and annoying and stiff. Babies.
