The Staten Island Zoo is now home to two adorable BABY BEAVERS!!!!! You can't possibly need to know more information than that before immediately looking up the ferry schedule, but just in case—they were rescued by the zoo after their mother got caught in a trap in Ithaca and died, and now they are baby orphan beavers. Their story is very sad, but they are very cute.

They're currently on display in the zoo's nursey, but they'll be moved into an exhibit of their own in the fall.
