To endure a hot NYC summer, there are many things you should and shouldn't do, but what about things you should and shouldn't wear? Sure you could just rip your top off, and your bottoms too while you're at, but many of us stuck in uptight offices with oppressive dress codes don't have that option. So we took to the streets yesterday to ask New Yorkers how they dress for a heat wave and, in particular, how they feel about the debate raging over whether grown men should walk around town wearing flip-flops.
