Changing faces of Law & Order

Who cares that CBS topper Les Moonves "strongly hints" New York might be the next CSI city? CSI:Miami sucks, CSI itself is okay. As far as Gothamist is concerned, New York doesn't need the overproduced Jerry Bruckheimer glitz for a good cop show (although more film & TV work for the city is a good thing) - we have Dick Wolf. And now there's a possibility of NBC rolling out a Law and Order digital cable channel as NBC and Universal realize synergies from their merger. Oh, we would be thankful for that tomorrow.

[Thanks to Frankenstein, Matt and Andrew for thinking of Gothamist when hearing about a possible L&O channel.]
