As any good Jewish boy knows, if you ride a motorcycle, you're probably going to die—even if you don't get into an accident, the amount of guilt and agita you'll receive from your mother is enough to send you to an early grave. Thankfully, there are some brave Jewish people out there who don't let an aversion to pig products stand in the way of getting on a hog. The Chai Riders are just that group—we ran into them today at Columbus Avenue and West 79th Street as they prepared to ride in the Celebrate Israel Day Parade.
