Sarah Jessica Parker, along with her famous fictional character Carrie Bradshaw, is responsible for creating one of the most famous stoops in New York City. While Sex and the City went off the air ten years ago, fans of the series still make pilgrimages to the 66 Perry Street steps. So many have, in fact, that years ago the owners put up a chain, along with a sign reading: "Do NOT go on staircase please." And that goes for SJP, too... who was just spotted trespassing on the famous stoop. Allegedly.

The actress has launched a shoe line, to the surprise of no one, and staged what Page Six is calling "an apparently unauthorized photo shoot on the storied stoop." A source told them, "The owners are up in arms as they deal with relentless tourists, and SJP has ignored their requests for an explanation on how she could endorse the shoot, even though ‘no trespassing’ signs are posted. SJP won’t acknowledge that she and her company used the steps and facade, this time without permission, to promote her shoe line.” Oh well, real New Yorkers share stoops.

She hasn't deleted her incriminating Instagrams either, which are mostly posted to SJP Collection.

That's a wrap ladies.
