Count this as the only update we've liked to Google Maps in years: there is now a Pac-Man feature. For whatever reason, today the company added a Pac-Man button at the bottom of Maps—so if you want to chomp your way through Times Square (or whatever neighborhood!) while killing ghosts or dying trying, click here, then activate Pac-Man on the bottom left of the screen.
The Verge notes that, "While developers have created similar hacks before, this version of Google Maps Pac-Man comes directly from Google, and even supports mobile devices. This isn't the first time Google has mixed video games and Maps in time for April Fools' Day, as last year the company let you catch Pokemon using its mapping tool." Please let this be the only April Fools' Day thing we see on the internet this week.
