Pillow advocates and pillow hate groups collided on Saturday in Washington Square Park for the eleventh annual International Pillow Fight Day, the world's largest pillow massacre event. Tensions ran lukewarm (I mean, pillows are pretty soft) as the public displays of pillowing left mass casualties of feathers strewn across the park—thankfully, everyone left the rocks at home, unlike participants at other more dangerous pillow fights.

And all those feathers floating in the wind were for a good cause: money raised from the event went to Dare2B, a charity fighting to eliminate child poverty and homelessness in New York City. Check out photos above, and some videos (including one by drone) of the event below.
