Yesterday's Gay Pride parade was more exultant than usual, due to the Supreme Court's recent rejection of the Defense of Marriage Act. A radiant 84-year old Edie Windsor, whose lawsuit ultimately brought down DOMA, served as the Grand Marshal. Also on hand were the usual political characters: Mayor Bloomberg, Governor Cuomo, NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly, Senator Chuck Schumer, mayoral frontrunners Christine Quinn and Anthony Weiner, a gay Star Wars Storm Trooper, Bradley Manning supporters, and sexy corporate messaging from the Coca-Cola company.

There was so much pride to capture yesterday that we're going to publish another set of photos later in the day, so stay tuned.
