Yesterday the ever-changing Bowery mural had been whitewashed and then painted a blue-green hue for the next artist taking over: Swoon. Of course, by last night it was already tagged.

Her piece, which will have a Hurricane Sandy theme (it's scheduled to be complete by the anniversary), will be up for the standard three months.
