Two weeks ago, superstar Jennifer Lopez shared a photograph of herself on a terrace with an enviable NYC view on Instagram, captioning it, "Currently... soaking up the peace and serenity of the sun ☀️ #NYC." Now, she's selling the incredible home, which comes with four (!) terraces.

The apartment at 21 East 26th Street, in a building known as The Whitman, is a 6,500-square foot penthouse duplex with four bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms on the fifth and sixth floors on the building. There are two terraces that face south (like in the photo below) with views of Madison Square Park, plus another that faces north and a courtyard terrace (the outdoor space totals over 3,100 square feet). Throw in the gorgeous kitchen, huge living room, dining room and media room, and it all adds up to an asking price of $26.95 million.

Listing agent Adam Modlin spoke to the NY Times about the space, saying "This is the crown jewel of the Whitman." A writer went on a tour of the apartment, as well, reporting back:

The apartment is decorated in an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture and artwork. (The furnishings are not included in the sale.) Photographs of Ms. Lopez and her twin son and daughter, and at least one with her and the retired Yankee third baseman Alex Rodriguez, whom she has been dating, are in the main-level hallway.

Lopez has reportedly been apartment-hunting with her boyfriend, A-Rod. The former Yankee has two daughters of his own from a previous marriage, and his daughters apparently love him for dating J.Lo; he told Jimmy Kimmel, "My daughters think their dad is a hero now—for the first time! They think they went to heaven. Now, they’re hanging out with Jennifer backstage. They’re dancing and singing with her." He also revealed that before he dated Lopez, his daughters would only FaceTime with him once a day. That has now changed:

Other famous tenants in the building are Nascar champion Jeff Gordon and former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton.
