From the mean streets of Stamford, Connecticut comes news that a couple's 170 pound chimpanzee got out of their car and held up traffic in a busy intersection for a few hours. His owners, Sandy and Jerry Herold, say he was just playing, which for Travis the chimp means rolling on his back and sometimes charging police officers. While in his diapers.
