Courtney Love (who recently sold some of her own stuff on Ebay) has announced she'll be putting almost all of Kurt Cobain's belongings up for auction at Christie's.
Love told AOL's Spinner, "I'm going to have a Christie's auction, (My house) is like a mausoleum. My daughter doesn't need to inherit a giant ... bag full of flannel ... shirts. A sweater, a guitar and the lyrics to '(Smells Like) Teen Spirit' -- that's what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we'll just ... sell."
She goes on to say "I still wear his pajamas to bed. How am I ever going to go form another relationship in my lifetime wearing Kurt's pajamas? Everyone's been positive and behind me on it." According to Love, they'll give "a bunch" of the money to charity. No date has been set for the auction yet.
It's also been announced that a 1963 Ferrari once owned and driven by Steve McQueen will go on auction at Christie's and is expected to get between $800,000 and $1.2 million (just around what Audrey Hepburn's dress recently fetched). The car was unveiled on Friday and is currently "on tour" in New York. You can check it out through May 9th at 20 Rockefeller Plaza, where it will be back from May 24th to 31st.
