Dakota Fanning has enrolled at New York University, but the Class of 2015 co-ed has no interest in on-campus housing. The 17-year-old starlet has moved into a two-bedroom apartment in Nolita on the corner of Lafayette and Spring Streets.

It's a perfect location for any rich young college student: easy access to subways at Broadway-Lafayette and Prince Street, a Duane Reade at the bottom of the building, and even a couple of dive-bars that might accept a fake ID-carrying minor. Not to mention the shopping just two blocks away on Broadway—perfect for a quick jaunt to Marc Jacobs in Soho.

Dakota also has a few famous neighbors in her fancy '20s era building: Oversharer John Mayer and street artist Theodora Richards (Keith's daughter) are also residents. The only downfall is that she'll have to transfer trains if she's planning on attending any loft parties in the deepest parts of Williamsburg.
