If you spend every Halloween saddled with regret over not going to that big pumpkin thing just north of the city, take heart! Tickets for that big pumpkin thing are still available—and you can get them! Light up the gourds baby because The Great Jack-O-Lantern Blaze is back and spookier than ever!
Yes, the sprawling nocturnal maze/all-pumpkin art show known colloquially as "The Blaze" is returning to Van Cortlandt Manor in Cronton-On-Hudson and tickets are already on sale. In fact, they're going fast, so reserve yourself a spot asap.
The Blaze is open every evening between now and November 5th, and will be open sporadically after that until finally closing November 25th, which is two days after Thanksgiving and thus a full-on assault on the Christmas season. Last year's Blaze featured roughly 10,000 illuminated pumpkins, and this year the display will include brand new gourd-filled Jack-in-the-boxes. What a spooky time to be alive!
Click through the above photos for a look at last year's Blaze, and here are more from 2015.
The Blaze can be reached by taking Hudson Metro North line out of Grand Central or Harlem // Open evenings 6:30 - 9 p.m. // Tickets $16-25
