Okay, one more "hey, it's summer" topless publicity stunt and then THAT'S IT, we swear. (Of course, we also lie.) This entry comes to us once again from photographer Allen Henson, who's making quite a name for himself for photographing models stripping down without permission at restaurants and other unexpected places, like the top of the Empire State Building. This time he's got model and self-described future icon Shelby Carter flaunting her breasts and almost everything else at Salon de Ning, the fancy cocktail lounge and restaurant on the roof of the Peninsula Hotel. As the video shows, it's all fun and games, and then [SPOILER] the cops come:
