New York Mets at St. Louis Cardinals (Sunday, 8:00 p.m., ESPN 2) The Amazings start their 2007 campaign this year against the team that shouldn't have even been in the World Series. A bit of warning - the game is the national ESPN 2 game, so turn down the sound of the TV and stick the radio on WFAN to avoid the awful ESPN announcers.

Nature: Unforgettable Elephants (Sunday, 8:00 p.m., WNET 13; Wednesday 9:00 p.m. WLIW 21) A look at cameraman Martyn Colbeck's 15 years documenting African Elephants.

Walking the Bible Toward the Promised Land: Forty Years in the Desert (Sunday, 9:00 p.m., NJN) The steps of Moses journey to Israel are retraced by author Bruce Feiler.

Tampa Bay Devil Rays at New York Yankees (Monday, 1:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. rebroadcast, YES) The 2007 Yankee home opener this year with a twist - the Bombers taking on the team from Steinbrenner’s home of Tampa.

The Shield (Tuesday, 10:00 p.m., FX) One of the best police shows returns for another season detailing the dark side of some corrupt Los Angeles cops.

RKO Lost & Found (Wednesday, 8:00 p.m. Turner Classic Movies) This and next Wednesday Turner Classic Movies will be showing restored versions of six 1930s vintage RKO films thought to have been lost for 50 years.

Novel Reflections on the American Dream (Wednesday, 9:00 p.m., WNET 13) This program takes a look at how some of the greatest American writers have written about the American Dream in their works.

Doctor Who (Wednesday, 10:00 p.m., WLIW 21) If you haven't seen the 2005 revival of the classic British sci-fi series, this is your chance to start watching from the start and unlike the BBC America airing of the series this will be uninterrupted by commercials.

Happy Birthday Elton (Thursday, 8:00 p.m. WWOR 9) This appears to be a clip show special in celebration of Elton John's birthday.

30 Rock (Thursday, 8:30 p.m., WNBC 4) 30 Rock returns a half hour early with this one hour episode where Arnett guest stars as a rival network executive to Alec Baldwin's Jack.

Law & Order (Friday, 10:00 p.m., WNBC 4) Law & Order investigates a murder in the violent world of rap. We can only wonder if there will be a fictionalized Hot 97.

The Vicar of Dibley (Friday, 10:00 p.m., WLIW 21) WLIW starts the re-run of this Britcom series where Dawn French plays the new vicar in a small town that wasn’t expecting a woman priest.

Chef! (Friday, 10:30 p.m., WLIW 21) WLIW starts re-airing another Britcom, this one with Lenny Henry playing an over the top chef.

The Ten Commandments (Saturday, 7:00 p.m., WABC 7) ABC's annual Easter outing of this 1956 film starring Charlton Heston as Moses.
