SantaCon organizers have given us an advance look at maps which reveal where most of the shenanigans will be taking place this Saturday so, you know, fair warning. As previously reported, this year's convention kicks off in Greenpoint's McCarren Park at 10 a.m., then proceeds through Williamsburg to the Lower East Side and East Village, which will see the bulk of the 'conning, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
SantaCon ends promptly at 7 p.m., at which point all participants will quietly disperse to their homes, spending the remainder of the evening in quiet reflection.
The locations seen on the maps here are where the big SantaCon gatherings will occur, but be advised: on Friday organizers will release a full list of participating bars that have refused to discriminate against Santa Claus. Stay tuned/run hide.
