Miss America is getting crowned again tonight—and though it doesn't appear that Sandra Bullock had to go undercover to thwart a terrorist attack this year, there has been some drama. Apparently, Miss New York Nina Davuluri was caught on tape calling last year's Miss America winner "fat." But it's all cool, you guys, because Davuluri used to be "fat" too, and the Post is on it.

Davuluri, who won the Empire State's coveted beauty queen title earlier this year, has stirred up some controversy after video surfaced of her calling Mallory Hagan, Miss New York 2012, "fat as fuck." Davuluri's offending comments about Hagan, who was also crowned Miss America last year, were reportedly made right after the state pageant in July. "Davuluri invited friends back to her hotel room after her win," a source told the Post. "A girl in the next room overheard their conversation, and was so offended she decided to tape part of it."

But Davuluri's no stranger to weight struggle; apparently she used to be nearly 60 pounds heavier, and the Post wastes no time digging into her "pudgy past," pulling up old pre-diet photos of Davuluri and noting that earlier this year, Davuluri told reporters she used to struggle with bulimia. "Even when you stop being bulimic or anorexic, it's always with you,” her trainer Tia Falcone said, adding, “Like I say to Nina, ‘Once a fatty, always a fatty.'"

Perhaps those insecurities resurfaced last month, or perhaps Davuluri and her friends were participating in some age-old bullying—friends of hers are allegedly also caught making racist remarks in the video. Either way, all the body-shaming drama will hopefully come to a close tonight; otherwise, it might be time for some Mean Girls-eque feelings-sharing.
