The Kentile Floors sign was stripped from the South Brooklyn skyline earlier this summer, and while we will never be able to fill the void it has left, we can pay $20 for a miniature version of it made from recycled material (paint not included).
The creators of this kit say the sign "helped celebrate a time when manufacturing was king in Brooklyn and the U.S." Surely, that is what everyone contemplated when passing by the sign on the train, so just think of all of the lively discussions about the manufacturing era you'll have with your pals while gathered around this replica.
The sign is about 9" wide and 8" high, and would look great on your Instagram, just like the real thing. [via Curbed]
